Student Event Coordinator — Music Release Party Amsterdam

Organise a release party for a record label/music producer in Amsterdam. Friday, June 26. 50–100 guests. You will coordinate the entire event: venue, sound, guest list, and branding.

Responsibilities

1. Source and book a suitable venue (bar or event space for 50–100 guests, with music permitted until midnight)
2. Arrange the sound system and DJ setup
3. Manage the guest list, send invitations, and track RSVPs
4. Coordinate branding and event styling (artwork will be provided)
5. Arrange a photographer/videographer
6. Coordinate beverage arrangements with the venue
7. On the event day: oversee setup, serve as the main point of contact, and manage breakdown after the event

Candidate Profile

1. Student, preferably with experience organizing events
2. Independent, proactive, and a strong communicator
3. Available approximately 15–20 hours per week for 4 weeks, starting immediately
4. Available on the evening of Friday, June 26
5. Interest in music is a plus
